Get ready to serve up some fun this summer! The Lima Area Tennis Association (LATA) is kicking off the season with a fantastic free tennis event. On Saturday, May 16, from 2 p.m. to 3:30 p.m., players aged 12 and up can head to the Collett Street tennis courts (900 S. Collett St., Lima) for an afternoon of drills and social play. Don't worry if you're new to the game—LATA will provide red balls and loaner rackets, making it easy for everyone to join in, regardless of skill level.
But the excitement doesn't stop there. LATA has lined up a summer full of action-packed programs and tournaments designed to keep tennis enthusiasts of all ages engaged. Whether you're looking to improve your game or compete at a higher level, there's something for everyone.
