FPL talking point - four players for the final stretch

With two weeks of the Premier League campaign remaining, selecting players with low ownership could give you an end-of-season boost. Here are four to help give you the edge.

As the Premier League season enters its final two weeks, every Fantasy Premier League manager knows that finding those hidden gems with low ownership can make all the difference. While the big names grab the headlines, it's often the differential picks that propel you up the mini-league standings when it matters most.

We've teamed up with FPL expert Wes Prickett to identify four players who could give you that crucial edge in the season's closing stages. These aren't your typical captaincy choices, but they could be the difference between a respectable finish and glory.

Jordan Pickford (Everton) – Goalkeeper – Owned: 12%
Don't let Everton's recent defensive record fool you. Despite no clean sheets in their last five Gameweeks, Pickford remains a reliable option for the run-in. The Toffees face a Sunderland side that has managed just one goal in their last three matches (against Wolves), followed by a Tottenham team that has struggled at home all season. With save points and bonus potential, Pickford offers multiple routes to returns. Expect at least one clean sheet in the final two Gameweeks.

Konstantinos Mavropanos (West Ham) – Defender – Owned: 8%
With West Ham fighting for their Premier League lives, Mavropanos represents a compelling differential. The Hammers face a Newcastle side that has underperformed this season, followed by a home match against Leeds on the final day. The Greek defender has been impressive lately, averaging 12.0 defensive contributions per game over the past seven Gameweeks. He's also shown a knack for set-piece danger, scoring twice against Wolves and having another ruled out against Brentford. Defensive contribution points are a strong possibility.

Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall (Everton) – Midfielder – Owned: 16%
Another Everton asset worth considering, Dewsbury-Hall has enjoyed a standout season. The midfielder has registered eight attacking returns in his last 12 games, while also chipping in with defensive contributions twice in that period. At just £5.2 million, he's a budget-friendly option that frees up funds for premium picks elsewhere. His versatility makes him a genuine differential.

Viktor Gyokeres (Arsenal) – Forward – Owned: 4%
Arsenal have the standout fixture of Gameweek 37, hosting an already-relegated Burnley side. With goal difference potentially crucial in the title race, expect Mikel Arteta's side to push for a big score. Gyokeres, who has 14 Premier League goals in 26 starts, is on penalty duty and faces a Palace side on the final day that may rotate ahead of the Europa Conference League Final. At just 4% ownership, he could be the ultimate differential to end your season in style.
