Myles Colvin, the former Purdue and Wake Forest guard, has found his new home in the transfer portal. The Indianapolis native and Heritage Christian graduate committed to the Cincinnati Bearcats on Friday, marking his third school as he enters his fourth season of college basketball.

The 6-foot-5 guard will join a Big 12 program on the rise under new head coach Jerrod Calhoun. Colvin arrives with significant experience, having been a key contributor for a Wake Forest team where he started 24 games last season. He averaged an impressive 11.6 points and 4.4 rebounds per game, showcasing a well-rounded offensive skillset with efficient shooting from the field, three-point range, and the free-throw line.

Colvin's tenure at Wake Forest was highlighted by explosive performances, including a 33-point outing against Queens University and a 32-point game versus Syracuse. He also delivered a memorable moment with a buzzer-beating game-winner against Memphis in the Baha-Mar Championship last November.

His basketball journey is deeply rooted in Purdue tradition. Before his year at Wake Forest, Colvin spent two seasons with the Boilermakers, where he developed into a reliable player. As a sophomore, he averaged 5.4 points and 2.6 rebounds, earning eight starts on a team that reached the NCAA Tournament's Sweet Sixteen. He was also a member of Purdue's historic 2024 Final Four squad, logging 12 minutes in the national championship game against UConn.

As the son of former Purdue standout and two-time Super Bowl champion Roosevelt Colvin, Myles carries a legacy of athletic excellence.
