Results and upcoming events in golf on the First Coast.

Welcome to the First Coast golf scorecard, where the fairways are heating up and the action is nonstop. From holes-in-one to championship showdowns, here's your ultimate roundup of the latest results, standout performances, and upcoming events that every golf enthusiast needs to know.

Hot Shots
Let's start with the highlights that had us cheering. At San Jose, Joan Verhoef delivered a stunning eagle-two on the par-4 No. 2, using a driver and 7-wood to cover 305 yards. Meanwhile, at Palm Valley, Joe Deem aced the 95-yard No. 9 with a sand wedge for a perfect hole-in-one. Age-defying feats also stole the show: Jim Blache shot an 85 at NAS Jacksonville (just one stroke shy of his age of 86), and Bernard Ross carded an 89 at Hyde Park (impressively close to his 90 years).

San Jose Club Championship Results
The San Jose Club Championship delivered thrilling finishes across divisions. In the Men's Championship Division, Evan Raynow claimed the top spot with a 207 total, followed by Alex Stewart (216) and Matt Saxton (229). The Men's Gold tees saw Sean McGill edge Brent Latour in a playoff, both finishing at 148, with John Pomroy close behind at 150. Over on the Men's Blue tees, Aaron Curtis dominated with a 147, while Cary Helton (156) and Tony Sullivan (160) rounded out the top three. In the Men's net division, Joey Echols took first with a 146, just ahead of Tony Lamell (147). On the women's side, Kim Holland won the gross division in a playoff against Tonia Yaxgi (both at 171), and Shar Donovan led the net division with a 151.
