The Eagles made a couple of changes to their roster after their rookie minicamp.

The Philadelphia Eagles are making moves to fine-tune their roster following this weekend's rookie minicamp, and the latest transaction brings a fresh face to their linebacker corps.

The team announced Tuesday that they have signed linebacker Isiah King, who impressed during a tryout at the minicamp. To make room on the 90-man roster, the Eagles waived defensive back Tucker Large with an injury designation.

King, a product of Idaho, brings a solid college resume to the Eagles' defense. During the 2025 season, he racked up 79 tackles, nine tackles for loss, three sacks, and a forced fumble. Over five seasons and 41 college games, he developed into a reliable playmaker, and now he'll look to earn a spot in Philadelphia's competitive linebacker rotation.

Large, meanwhile, signed with the Eagles as an undrafted free agent last month after playing collegiately at South Dakota State and Washington State. His departure opens the door for King to prove himself in training camp.

With the offseason in full swing, these roster adjustments are all about finding the right pieces for the Eagles' defensive scheme. King's tryout-to-signing story is a reminder that opportunity can come at any moment in the NFL—especially for players who show up and make an impression.
