It wouldn't be an Arizona men's basketball offseason under Tommy Lloyd without a splash from overseas, and this year is no different. The Wildcats have secured a commitment from Dutch forward Endurance Aiyamenkhue, marking the 11th international addition in Lloyd's five-plus seasons at the helm.

Standing at 6-foot-11 and 220 pounds, Aiyamenkhue—who turns 19 in June—brings a promising blend of size and skill. This past season, he suited up for Orange Academy in the German ProB League, the country's third-tier competition. In 25 minutes per game, he posted impressive averages of 11.2 points, 9.2 rebounds, and 1.3 blocks. While ProB is a step below the top-tier Bundesliga—where fellow UA recruit Ivan Kharchenkov previously played—it's a solid proving ground for young European talent.

Aiyamenkhue becomes the fifth player to join Arizona's 2026-27 roster and the first frontcourt addition of the cycle. He'll slot into a unit that returns senior center Motiejus Krivas and redshirt freshman center Mabil Mawut. The Wildcats could also bring back forward Koa Peat if he withdraws from the 2026 NBA Draft, while the versatile 6-foot-8 Kharchenkov provides further depth at the power forward spot.

With three roster spots still open for next season, Arizona's recruiting efforts are far from finished. At least one vacancy could be filled by another frontcourt player, such as ex-FAU forward Devin Williams, who visited campus on Monday. As the Wildcats continue to build for the future, this Dutch addition signals that Lloyd's global pipeline remains wide open.
