The Warriors forward has been the butt of several jokes already this offseason.

Draymond Green has been taking hits all offseason—and we're not talking about on the court. The Golden State Warriors forward was a prime target at "The Roast of Kevin Hart," where he showed up to roast the comedian but ended up getting roasted himself.

The jokes came fast and furious, with most aimed at the narrative that Green's championship rings were more about his teammates than his own talent. Comedian Jeff Ross set the tone early, quipping, "Steph Curry couldn't make it tonight, but he did carry Draymond Green all the way here." The crowd ate it up.

Even Tom Brady, fresh off his own Netflix roast in 2024, joined the fun. The NFL legend took a shot at Green's notorious temper, saying, "Draymond Green is here. Draymond's here, for now. He'll probably get thrown out in the next 10 minutes." A clear nod to Green's league-leading technical fouls and ejections over the years.

This isn't the first time Green has been the punchline this offseason. Just days earlier, during an appearance on "Inside the NBA," Green tried to fire back at Charles Barkley by joking that he didn't want to end up like Barkley in a Houston Rockets uniform. The internet quickly responded by pointing out that Barkley's stats in Houston actually surpass anything Green has accomplished in his career.

Barkley, showing restraint, didn't respond in the moment. But two days later on a radio show, he delivered the knockout: "I never punch down. Draymond Green is a good player."

The Warriors' season ended on April 17 with a 111-96 loss to the Phoenix Suns, and since then, Green's offseason has been defined more by verbal jabs than basketball highlights. Whether he's on stage at a roast or on a TV set, it seems everyone wants a piece of the Warriors' defensive anchor.

For Green, the message is clear: if you're going to talk trash, you better be ready to take it—and this offseason, he's been taking plenty.
