The ultimate battleground for Dodgers fans has arrived. Season Two of Fan Cave Battle is officially underway, and the submissions are already heating up. Dodgers Nation's Ava Brand is on the case, scouting the most impressive home stadiums from the biggest Boys in Blue supporters. With prizes up for grabs all season long, we're calling on every fan to send in their setups. After all, when you can't make it to Dodger Stadium, your very own fan cave is the next best place to root for the team.
First up this week is Meg from Oak Park, who has transformed her home into what she calls "Gabriel Stadium." The centerpiece? A hand-crafted wooden Dodger plaque that immediately catches the eye. But the real story here is her 10-year-old son, Gabriel. "He's saved all his money and worked hard to build up this collection, which rivals others that people have spent building up longer than Gabriel's been alive," Ava said. The collection boasts over 50 bobbleheads, mini helmets, bats, and a World Series clock—already earning a "10 out of 10" rating from Ava. Add in a Mookie Betts cutout made of wood and glass by Sweat Jet Customs in LA, plus Dodgers patio furniture and a projector for game day, and you've got a setup that sets the bar sky-high.
Next, Calvin from Alhambra proves that great things come in small packages. He's maximized every square inch of an IKEA shelf to showcase his favorite treasures. "What I love about this is the amount of personality," Ava noted. A Snoopy wearing a Dodgers jersey, a Dodger Dog that steals the spotlight, and a Yoshi bobblehead that Ava called "probably my favorite bobblehead ever" all blend together in a unique display. "This is a very cool blend of some of Calvin's favorite things, and I think really encapsulates how Dodger baseball unites so many different communities to bring us all together," she added.
Then there's James, but his submission comes with a twist. "Now I have to address the elephant in the room: This is a fan cave that is half Dodgers and half Raiders," Ava said. "So you're gonna lose some points there from me as someone who likes to see the Rams and Chargers do well. But the Dodgers side of things? Incredible." James turned his garage into a dual-purpose sanctuary, and while the Raiders decor might stir up some friendly rivalry, the Dodgers portion is a home run. It's a reminder that baseball fandom can coexist with other passions—even if it makes for some interesting debate.
Whether you're a seasoned collector or just starting out, your fan cave could be the next one featured. Keep sending in your photos, and who knows? You might just take home the crown—and some amazing prizes—this season.
