The Lions Top-30 visits have been mostly kept a secret this 2026 draft season. One of the few Top-30 leaks was CB Andre Fuller. The Lions certainly are looking at CB prospects given the returning concerns at that position detailed in my Lions Defensive Positional Need Rankings. Fuller is a late-round prospect who carries some medical concerns that the Lions will need to clear.
Here is the excerpt from my Andre Fuller Medical Report:
(Ages in parentheses are at start of 2026 season and are factored into the concern level. Injury info and ages based on available public information are unverified and subject to update. Games played data courtesy of sports-reference.com.)
Projected round 7. Ran 4.49 40 at combine. Matt Miller’s #254 overall player. Top-30 visit with Lions.
2024: 0 games. Core muscle surgery before season.
See my previous analysis with Mansoor Delane regarding core muscle injuries. Fuller has a proven year of college after his surgery which is reassuring. While there is a recurrence risk for a core muscle injury, it’s not a major concern as long as the injury was isolated and there is no hip joint issue.
What raises his concern is his age, which is advanced due to six years in college. In his three full seasons at Toledo, he compiled 1 INT and 16 PBU.
