The De La Salle Cavaliers have done it again. In a dominant display of flag football prowess, they secured their third consecutive championship title with a decisive 20-6 victory over Warren Easton in Metairie, Louisiana.

The game was defined by standout performances on both sides of the ball. Defensive star Tylar Allen was unstoppable, snagging two interceptions—including a game-changing pick-six that put De La Salle on the scoreboard in the first half. Her instincts and speed set the tone early, giving the Cavaliers the momentum they needed to control the game.

On offense, quarterback Tamia Cole orchestrated a balanced attack, connecting with Abria Frye for a deep touchdown in the second half that extended the lead. But the play of the game came in the final two minutes, when a clever double handoff in the red zone allowed Caitlyn Vaughn to punch in the clinching score, putting the game firmly out of reach.

Head coach George Neumiller, who has over 30 years of coaching experience, was emotional after the win. "It's unbelievable," he said. "I'm filled with so much emotion from the girls. It's all about them. To be blessed to coach this game, to take my knowledge of coaching and put it to these girls for them to absorb it and play—they're pioneers. They're the best."

Warren Easton's lone score came from Lilly Johnson in the second half, but it wasn't enough to overcome the Cavaliers' relentless defense and efficient offense. This three-peat cements De La Salle's legacy as a powerhouse in girls flag football, a sport that continues to grow in popularity and competition across the region.
