A 4-star Downingtown West High School product in 2022, Shelton was a multi-year starter for the Nittany Lions. Shelton started 34 games at left tackle, including 12 in 2025. He measures at 6 feet, 5 inches, and 313 pounds. He ran a 5.16 40-yard dash.
Shelton is a skilled pass-blocker but lacks strength, size and efficient footwork. He will learn from a Dallas line that continues to build more talent.
