While programs like Kentucky, North Carolina, and Kansas have long been the gold standard, a leading college basketball insider suggests that only two teams are currently living up to that elite billing: Duke and UConn.

Jon Rothstein, a well-known analyst, recently made waves by stating that these two programs are the only ones still operating at a true blue-blood level. "There are two programs in college basketball that are still operating as traditional blue bloods," Rothstein explained. "It's UConn and Duke. It's Duke and UConn.
