The Miami Dolphins made 13 picks throughout the 2026 NFL draft, but in the third round specifically, they made three selections.
At No. 87 overall, the second of those three picks, the Dolphins selected Ohio State tight end Will Kacmarek.
The 6-foot-5 tight end spent three seasons at Ohio before transferring to Ohio State for the final two years of his collegiate career. Across the two schools, he caught 59 passes for 713 yards and four touchdowns in 53 games.
In South Florida, Kacmarek will have an opportunity to earn a legitimate role in a thin tight end group. However, before we get there, let's look at Kacmarek's highlights from his final season with the Buckeyes (nine receptions for 120 yards and two touchdowns).
