At St. James' Park, the voice of the fans is shaping the future—and the results are already visible. Throughout the season, thousands of supporters have shared their thoughts on what's working and where we can improve. Your feedback, carefully reviewed by our Supporter Services team, has sparked a wave of real, tangible changes that are transforming the matchday experience.

This season, we've introduced our new Service Signatures—a set of guiding principles designed to elevate every interaction at the stadium. These standards focus on delivering consistent, confident, and high-quality service, backed by extensive training for our matchday teams. Whether you're in the stands or the concourse, the goal is simple: every supporter deserves a warm, welcoming, and professional experience.

Already, you'll notice digital screens popping up across our stadium kiosks, making menus clearer and easier to browse. Over the next 12 months, every kiosk will be equipped with these screens, streamlining your pre-match and halftime food and drink choices.

On the audio front, the final phase of our full stadium PA system upgrade is complete. After a multi-year effort, the entire sound system now operates on a single, consistent platform—delivering clearer, more balanced audio to every corner of St. James' Park. No more patchy announcements or muffled music; just crisp, immersive sound that brings the atmosphere to life.

Looking ahead, we're upgrading all stadium floodlights to the latest LED technology, ready for next season. This not only enhances visibility but also opens the door for more dynamic pre-match light shows and entertainment moments. And for those who rely on staying connected, work is underway to bring full 5G coverage to the stadium. With surveys and design complete, installation will roll out over the next 9–12 months, bringing stronger, faster, and more reliable mobile data. Wi-Fi has already been introduced in hospitality areas, with plans to extend coverage across the entire stadium in the coming years.

Finally, for those moments when your phone battery is running low, portable ChargeFUZE phone chargers will be available throughout the stadium, including at Milburn Reception. It's all part of our commitment to making every matchday smoother, more enjoyable, and more connected—because your feedback drives real change at St. James' Park. And this is just the beginning.
