Barcelona Femeni thrashed local rivals Espanyol 4-1 on Wednesday night to be crowned champions of Spain for the seventh straight season.
Martine Fenger bagged a brace for Barca, while Carla Julià Martínez and Caroline Graham Hansen were also on target as the Catalans sealed top spot with four games to spare.
Barcelona have now won 25 of their 26 league games so far this season and remain unbeaten. The only time they have dropped points was back in October in a draw against Real Sociedad.

Pere Romeu’s side also remain on target to win all four trophies this season. The Super Cup was secured in January and now the league title has been wrapped up, too.
Barcelona will go for glory again next month when they take on Atletico Madrid in the final of the Copa de la Reina and remain in contention in the Champions League.
Romeu’s side face Bayern Munich in the semi-finals of the tournament, with the winners going on to face Arsenal or OL Lyonnes.
