The Seahawks (5-0) secured their perfect record thanks to a dominant sweep in singles play. Ben Catalano set the tone with a 6-4, 6-4 victory over Fletcher Parsons at first singles. Garrett Wilson battled through a tough three-setter, defeating Luke Okoshi-Michel 7-6 (3), 2-6, 6-4 at second singles, while Connor Hall powered past Genie Chang 6-2, 6-4 to complete the singles sweep.
Falmouth Academy (4-1) fought back valiantly in doubles, with Matt Kellog and Nait Gartner winning 6-4, 6-2 at first doubles and the duo of Erik Gulman and Jay Zhang delivering a commanding 6-0, 6-0 performance at second doubles. However, the Seahawks' singles supremacy proved decisive in this tightly contested team battle.
In other local action, Monomoy (6-1) bounced back quickly with a 4-1 win over Dennis-Yarmouth (0-6). Roman Pavluchenko and Tom Hereford posted strong straight-set victories at first and second singles, respectively, while the doubles team of Khush Patel and Ben Cao secured another point for the Sharks.
Meanwhile, Nauset's boys team (2-4) snapped a four-game skid with a decisive 5-0 sweep over Sandwich (0-5). The Warriors showcased their resilience with three-set victories from Will Christopher at second singles and Tyler Flanders at third singles, highlighting the mental toughness required to close out tight matches.
The Nauset girls also dominated, posting their own 5-0 victory over Sandwich. Anjali O’Brien, Samantha Gomez, and Sophia Votteler all posted convincing wins in singles play, demonstrating the program's depth and competitive spirit across both squads.
