LSU men's basketball is yet to earn a commitment from a transfer portal prospect, but new head coach Will Wade has circled several key targets. Among them could be Kentucky transfer forward Mouhamed Dioubate. Per Colby Faria of Tiger Bait, Dioubate is expected to visit LSU.

A six-foot-seven forward, Dioubate is going in search of his third school after spending last year at Kentucky. He began his collegiate career at Alabama, playing two seasons in Tuscaloosa. Part of the 2023 signing class, he was unranked coming out of high school.

Last year, Dioubate played in 31 games with 10 starts. He averaged 8.8 points and 5.5 rebounds per contest, shooting 54% from the field. He experienced a boost in minutes between his freshman and sophomore years with the Crimson Tide before entering the portal.

Dioubate played three seasons in the SEC and is likely in search of a larger role as a starter. Predictors have him going to St. John's, where he visited last week.
