Young's triumph in Miami marked his second title of the year, following his breakthrough win at The Players Championship in March, and the third overall of his professional career. With President Trump watching from the gallery, Young finished at 19-under 269, never allowing the field to close the gap throughout the tournament.
"I feel like I had different parts of the game working on different days," Young reflected after his round. "Today I drove it a lot better. The first couple of days, I putted great and drove it a little more all over the place. Thankfully, I feel like I've got a lot of tools right now, and throughout the week I was able to use different parts of the game to keep myself moving in the right direction."
World No. 1 Scottie Scheffler matched Young's final-round 68 to finish as runner-up for the third consecutive start, while Ben Griffin (68) took third at 12 under. The leaderboard featured a strong international contingent, with Australia's Adam Scott (64), Austria's Sepp Straka (66), and South Korea's Si Woo Kim (70) tying for fourth at 11 under.

"I think it was made easier by the weather forecast. We didn't know exactly how the day was going to go, whether we would be starting and stopping. It was just one of those times that I feel like that played into my hands and being really accepting of what came next."
