The Cleveland Browns have officially signed second-round safety Emmanuel McNeil-Warren to a four-year rookie contract, the team confirmed Thursday.
Selected with the 58th overall pick out of Toledo, McNeil-Warren brings a blend of experience and production to the Browns' secondary. Over four collegiate seasons, he appeared in 53 games with 14 starts, showcasing his durability and steady growth. In his final season (2025), McNeil-Warren played all 13 games, tallying 77 tackles, 5.5 tackles for loss, half a sack, and two interceptions—earning third-team AP All-America honors for his efforts.
With this signing, Cleveland has now locked up nine of its 10 draft picks, leaving only first-round wide receiver KC Concepcion unsigned. The Browns' rookie class is shaping up quickly, with first-round offensive tackle Spencer Fano, second-round wide receiver Denzel Boston, third-round tackle Austin Barber, fifth-round center Parker Brailsford, fifth-round linebacker Justin Jefferson, fifth-round tight end Joe Royer, sixth-round quarterback Taylen Green, and seventh-round tight end Carsen Ryan all already inked.
For Browns fans, McNeil-Warren's addition adds depth and athleticism to a defense that's looking to build on its physical identity. As the team gears up for the season, this rookie class is poised to make an impact—and you can gear up for game day with the latest Browns apparel to show your support.
