After months of preparation, the first round of the 2026 NFL draft was over in three hours. The Cleveland Browns added OT Spencer Fano, WR KC Concepcion, an extra third-round pick, and an extra fifth-round pick in a trade down with the Kansas City Chiefs.

While the first round of drafts always gets a ton of attention, the bulk of an NFL team’s roster is built on Days 2 and 3. The Browns have added to their offensive line and wide receiver depth charts already and still have nine picks left in this year’s NFL draft to fill in more holes, including three scheduled on Friday.

Given Berry’s history of trading, those selections could change quickly on Friday. Given how fast the first round went on Thursday, the Browns could be on the clock by about 7:30 on Friday, unless Berry makes a move or two.
