The Cleveland Browns are entering the 2026 NFL Draft with two picks inside the first round, at No. 6 overall and a bit down the board at No. 24 overall.

With those two picks, the Browns will have the chance to land two premier players for the roster. The question now becomes whether the Browns will go offense, defense, or which specific positions they are going to target with these picks.

According to Dan Graziano of ESPN, the Browns reportedly have two draft wishes in Round 1 that, if they come true, would be good news for Shedeur Sanders and the offense overall.

"Cleveland wants to come out of the first round with an offensive tackle and a wide receiver," Graziano writes.

The Browns own two first-round picks and are seemingly eyeing an upgrade at wide receiver and offensive tackle with those picks.

This is not a surprise at all, as the Browns were in dire need of both positions this offseason and didn't address them during the first wave of free agency.

But, during the NFL Draft, and specifically in Round 1, it looks as if the Browns are eyeing upgrades to both WR and OT. Fortunately, they will have some great options.

At offensive tackle, the Browns could go after one of Miami's Francis Mauigoa, Utah's Spencer Fano, Alabama's Kadyn Proctor, Georgia's Monroe Freeling, Clemson's Blake Miller, Utah's Caleb Lomu, or Arizona State's Max Iheanachor.

At wide receiver, Ohio State's Carnell Tate, USC's Makai Lemon, Arizona State's Jordyn Tyson, Washington's Denzel Boston, Indiana's Omar Cooper Jr., and Texas A&M's KC Concepcion in the first round.

Barring some terrible luck or the Browns trading down too far, they should be able to land one from each group of first-round caliber players.

As long as Cleveland holds to this plan, Sanders, or whoever the starting QB is for the Browns, will be getting some key help in the WR room and along the offensive line.
