Former Boston College guard Lily Carmody is transferring to Northwestern, she confirmed on Instagram early Saturday evening.

A 5-foot-11 sophomore from Australia, Carmody joins the ‘Cats after a strong campaign at Boston College. She averaged 12.8 points per game, 3.5 rebounds, 2.1 assists and 1.4 steals per game this season. Carmody began her collegiate career at Butler University, transferring to BC after averaging 6.6 points per game during her freshman campaign.

Carmody brings ACC experience and offensive prowess to NU while deepening the team’s guard depth. She marks the fourth transfer portal addition for NU, including fellow guards Camdyn Nelson and Lexi Blue, along with forward Jasmyn Cooper.
