The Brazilian eFootball Console National Team is back in action this Wednesday (13) as they kick off Week 2 of the FIFAe Nations League Qualifiers. Starting at 9 p.m., the dynamic duo of HenrykinhO and JVictorPRO, under the guidance of coach Thiago Avaré, will first face Paraguay, followed by matches against Bolivia and Chile. Fans can catch all the live action on CBF TV, with Guerreiro on play-by-play and Dedeco providing expert commentary.

Coming off a strong start to the Qualifiers, where Brazil secured a title in Week 1 with an impressive seven wins out of nine matches, the team knows that Week 2 won't be a walk in the park. The reason? Recent changes to the competition regulations have shaken up the gameplay dynamics, forcing the squad to adapt on the fly.

"This week, we're dealing with a different set of rules: we can only use three epics and five showtimes, which limits our team a bit and slows down dribbling. So we've been adjusting our style to fit this new pace," explained coach Thiago Avaré. The shift has prompted a strategic rethink, even though Brazil is facing the same opponents as in the first week.

"We're speeding up our attacking plays, but in a fresh way, and we've swapped out some slower players to keep up," Avaré added. The coach also warned that the rule changes could level the playing field, making some national teams more competitive. "Teams that rely on crosses and knockdowns might have an edge now, so we need to stay sharp and adapt quickly," he concluded.

With the eSeleção aiming to maintain their top spot in South America, all eyes are on how they'll navigate these new challenges in Week 2.
