By the way, we are unbelievably blessed over the last 10 or 15 years of long and straight drivers of the golf ball, and certainly Jon Rahm and Bryson DeChambeau are that. He's massively improved his approach play game, fantastic putter."

But for Chamblee, it's the mental side that truly sets Young apart. "And as we all found out when he came up on the set at The Players Championship and in subsequent interviews, he's got that stuff between his ears, that calmness, that clarity, that constitution that very few players have been gifted with. Nicklaus certainly had it, Tiger had it, but that calm in the middle of the storm is more rare than the talent that he puts on display."
