The Buffalo Bills have already done a ton of wheeling and dealing during the 2026 NFL Draft.

It seems like there's a decent chance the Bills make at least one more trade as the start of the fourth round looms on Saturday.

Why's that? Because the Bills' first pick of the day is actually the first pick of the day overall.

The fourth round begins with pick number 101. That belongs to Buffalo.

And because of the 12-hour wait time between the end of the third round and start of the fourth, it's a logical spot for teams to try to trade into.

They can all assess their draft boards, and if there's a player they just can't afford to miss out on, they can call up that team waiting with the first pick of the day and see what the price would be.

Maybe that's to move up for the rapidly sliding Jermod McCoy, the former All-American CB from Tennessee who has been hampered by injury concerns.

Maybe it's for a quarterback, like LSU's Garrett Nussmeier.

There will be teams that have one obvious target and aren't sure they can get him. You can expect Buffalo to listen to offers.

Of course, the Bills might also have their eyes on someone. It's not a bad spot to be already, either.

The 49ers had the 33rd pick, starting Day 2 of the draft at the front of the second round, and kept it for themselves. These picks don't always get moved.

But Buffalo will surely have the chance if they want to make another deal.
