Much was made of Joe Brady's introductory press conference as he was named the new Buffalo Bills head coach, but it wasn't because of Joe; it was because of his quarterback, Josh Allen.

No. 17 was seen on crutches walking into the press conference, which left many concerned about what had happened. As it turned out, Allen had been dealing with a foot issue in the playoffs.

We know that foot issues can linger longer than expected, which is why, as Allen reported for the offseason program, many were eager to see how No. 17 was feeling.

And as he met with the media, Allen's health came up, and he offered an update that will soothe the nerves for Bils Mafia.

Having a first-time head coach, usually teams will get the chance to slowly build into the season, but not Brady. He has to win and win now, given the urgency around the franchise.

He'll be looking to Allen as the driving force once again, and to defensive coordinator Jim Leonhard to improve the defense.

This offseason has gotten off to a good start, and with the NFL Draft to come, the Bills could add more crucial pieces to what they hope is a Super Bowl-winning roster.

And Allen, as is always the case, will have all the pressure on his shoulders to take this team to the top of the NFL mountain.
