After a season disrupted by injury, Jude Bellingham is back and feeling confident, declaring himself ready to be a decisive force for Real Madrid in their crucial Champions League run and for England this summer. The midfielder, whose dynamic play has been a revelation in Spain, opened up about the mental and physical challenges of his recent setbacks.

"I’m feeling good," Bellingham stated ahead of Real Madrid's high-stakes Champions League quarter-final second leg against Bayern Munich. "Obviously a bit of a frustrating season for me. My first like this really where I’m missing so many games."

His campaign was interrupted first by planned shoulder surgery and more recently by a month-long hamstring issue. For a player known for his relentless energy and box-to-box influence, being sidelined was a new and difficult experience. Bellingham highlighted the psychological hurdle of returning to peak intensity, noting that regaining confidence comes from being back on the pitch.

"The hardest bit of an injury when you’re coming back is trying to mentally prepare for games," he explained. "A scan tells you the hamstring is fine, but a lot of the block is in your head. Getting minutes against Mallorca, Atleti, and in the first leg against Bayern has given me a lot of confidence now to push on."

With the La Liga title virtually secured, all focus at the Bernabéu is on European glory. Bellingham framed the upcoming clash with Bayern as a definitive moment, emphasizing the club's legendary standards. "Any loss in the Champions League feels like a disaster," he said. "We understand that tomorrow is a final, and it feels like everything is riding on this game. We have to see it as an all-or-nothing game. That has to be our mentality."

His return to fitness and form is a major boost for both club and country, setting the stage for a thrilling climax to the season and a highly anticipated international campaign.
