Arman Tsarukyan is keeping the momentum alive while he waits for his shot at UFC gold. The Armenian lightweight contender has stayed sharp outside the Octagon, taking on wrestling and submission grappling events as fans grow restless for what many believe is an overdue title opportunity.

After missing out on the interim lightweight title fight at UFC 324, Tsarukyan didn't slow down. He's been especially active with Real American Freestyle (RAF), where he's lined up not one, but two bouts in just two weeks. The first comes on May 30 in Texas, where he'll take on influencer Mugzy at RAF 08—a card headlined by Gable Steveson's RAF debut and featuring Colby Covington and Merab Dvalishvili.

Just days later, on June 13, Tsarukyan will step into the grappling arena again to face former UFC lightweight champion Tony Ferguson at RAF 10 in St. Louis. This marks Ferguson's first appearance with RAF since parting ways with the UFC after enduring the promotion's longest-ever losing streak. "El Cucuy" has found success outside the Octagon, knocking out Salt Papi at Misfits 22 last August and later unifying the interim Misfits middleweight title by beating Warren Spencer.

Tsarukyan previously defeated MMA legend Urijah Faber at RAF 08 in Philadelphia, and now he's set to take on another icon in Ferguson. The Armenian has also wrestled former Bellator champion Darrion Caldwell, proving he's not afraid to test himself against top-tier competition in multiple disciplines.

For fans of combat sports, this double-header is a treat—Tsarukyan staying sharp, Ferguson seeking redemption, and both men keeping their names in the headlines while the UFC lightweight title picture continues to develop. Whether you're gearing up for the Octagon or just love a good scrap, these matches are ones to watch.
