Even with Elijah Wilkinson at right tackle, the Arizona Cardinals' O-line is believed to be above-average.

The Arizona Cardinals have made some serious moves to beef up their offensive line, and the early projections are looking promising. After adding guard Isaac Seumalo, tackles Elijah Wilkinson and Oli Udoh, and snagging guard Chase Bisontis in the second round of the draft, ESPN's Mike Clay now expects the unit to be above-average in 2026.

Clay's analysis, which blends multiple metrics, gives each starter a grade and ranks the Cardinals' O-line 15th overall. While he views Bisontis (a rookie) and Wilkinson (who played every snap for the Atlanta Falcons last season at right tackle) as below-average starters, the rest of the line—Paris Johnson, Seumalo, and Hjalte Froholdt—are all pegged as above-average. That kind of balance could be the foundation for something special.

If the line stays healthy and lives up to the hype, the ripple effects could be huge. With new running backs Tyler Allgeier and Jeremiyah Love boosting the ground game, plus the return of key playmakers like Trey McBride, Marvin Harrison, and Michael Wilson, the Cardinals' offense has the potential to be dangerous. Of course, it all hinges on getting at least above-average quarterback play, but the pieces are starting to fall into place.

For Cardinals fans, this is a welcome sign. A solid O-line isn't just about protecting the QB—it's about creating lanes, controlling the tempo, and giving the whole offense a fighting chance. And with these upgrades, Arizona might finally have the front five to make some noise.
