The Arizona Cardinals did not make any trades during the first round of the 2026 NFL draft. That might change on Day 2.
According to reporter Jordan Schultz, the Cardinals, who have the second pick of the second round, have been receiving trade calls, along with the San Francisco 49ers, who have the first pick of the round, and the Buffalo Bills, who pick and the Cardinals.
The Cardinals considered trading up into the first round, but nothing really materialized. The first rounded ended with five trades in the final seven selections.
General manager Monti Ossenfort said Thursday after Round 1, "We'll pick there early in the second or obviously, we'll always listen if there's any opportunities to move around."
As of right now, they have one pick in each of the remaining rounds. We will see if that continues to be the case. They have made seven draft-day trades in the last three drafts. It would be on brand to do it.
