The Minnesota Timberwolves have received a major boost ahead of Game 4 of the Western Conference semifinals against the San Antonio Spurs. After falling behind 1-2 in the series with a tough home loss in Game 3, the Wolves are getting two key players back at full strength.
Star guard Anthony Edwards and guard Ayo Dosunmu have both been removed from the injury report for Sunday night's crucial matchup. This marks the first time this series that neither player has carried an injury designation, giving Minnesota a much-needed lift as they look to even the series at 2-2 and avoid a daunting 3-1 deficit before heading back to San Antonio.
The Timberwolves will still be without Donte DiVincenzo, who has been ruled out for the remainder of the season after suffering a torn Achilles in the first round. But with Edwards and Dosunmu both cleared to play, the team's depth and firepower get a significant upgrade.
Game 4 tips off at 7:30 p.m. ET from Minneapolis and will be broadcast on NBC and Peacock. The Timberwolves will be counting on their home crowd to help them bounce back and keep their playoff hopes alive.
