America's Stadium is getting some new amenities in time for the 2026 season.

The Rose Bowl, affectionately known as "America's Stadium," is undergoing a transformation that promises to redefine the game-day experience for UCLA Bruins fans. During the recent spring game, which marked the dawn of the Bob Chesney era, the stadium offered a tantalizing glimpse into its most ambitious renovation project in over a century.

At the heart of this evolution is the South End Zone Field Club, a luxury lounge set to debut just in time for the 2026 season. Part of the broader "Lasting Legacy Campaign" spearheaded by the Rose Bowl Legacy Foundation, this upgrade is a key step in preparing the iconic venue for the 2028 Los Angeles Olympics. With construction slated to wrap up by July 31, 2026, the stadium will have a full month to test its new amenities with a series of concerts and events before UCLA football kicks off in September.

"I think it fills a void that maybe we were missing as a college program in general," said UCLA associate athletics director Evan Gates. "We've been very strategic in how we've launched and communicated this to our audiences."

The Field Club is designed with the Rose Bowl's signature oval silhouette in mind, striking a balance between luxury and capacity. While the project sacrifices 5,000 seats, it adds back 1,000, resulting in a net loss of 4,000—a trade-off that prioritizes premium experiences over sheer numbers. The club will feature three distinct sections: a lounge area and two levels of outdoor seating. The first level offers loge-style seating with tables, perfect for group gatherings, while the second level provides theater-style chairs with side tables for a more intimate setting.

And those tables will come in handy, because admission includes unlimited complimentary food and non-alcoholic drinks, with a full bar available for those looking to elevate their experience. The menu, curated by Levy Restaurants and executive chef Chris Saiz, will rotate three times throughout the season, featuring a mix of artisan dishes designed to impress even the most discerning palate.

For UCLA fans, this isn't just a renovation—it's a statement. The Rose Bowl is evolving to meet the demands of modern college football, blending its historic charm with the premium amenities that today's fans expect. Whether you're there for the game or the gourmet bites, the South End Zone Field Club is shaping up to be the ultimate destination for Bruins faithful.
