Glentoran is set for a summer shake-up as five players prepare to exit the east Belfast club when their contracts expire. Among those departing is full-back Danny Amos, a key figure who made 81 appearances and scored five goals since joining in 2024.

Joining Amos on the way out are Aaron Wightman, Dylan Connolly, Callan Farley, and Ciaran Coll—each bringing their own chapter to a close at the Oval. The club has also placed midfielder Charlie Lindsay and striker Nathaniel Ferris on the transfer list after both spent the second half of the season on loan at relegated Glenavon.

In a separate move, centre-back MJ Kamson-Kamara has returned to Lincoln City following the conclusion of his season-long loan spell with Declan Devine's side.

Manager Declan Devine acknowledged the difficulty of the decisions, stating: "This is never the easiest part of being a football manager because you build relationships with players during your time together, but as a manager you have to make difficult decisions for the benefit of the football club."

Devine expressed gratitude to the departing players, praising their "efforts, commitment and professionalism," and wished them well in their future careers. Looking ahead, he confirmed that further squad updates are expected as Glentoran prepares for their UEFA Conference League qualifying campaign and a push for domestic silverware next season.
