The Denver Nuggets are facing a pivotal offseason after their early playoff exit, and team governor Josh Kroenke has made one thing crystal clear: everyone except Nikola Jokic is available for trade.

After falling to the Minnesota Timberwolves in the first round, the Nuggets are left wondering what could have been. Last season's roster moves positioned them as serious title contenders, but injuries to key players like Peyton Watson and Aaron Gordon derailed their plans. Watson missed the end of the regular season, while Gordon was sidelined for several games during the first-round series. The result? A defense that couldn't contain Minnesota and an offense that never found its rhythm.

"I think that everything is gonna be on the table outside of trading Nikola," Kroenke said. "I thought that if this group was healthy, this could be a 60-65 win team, but we never got a chance to fully show it. That's why I say everything has to be on the table, including running it back. I really do believe in the group."

One name that appears safe is head coach David Adelman. In his first full season at the helm, Adelman has built a strong rapport with Jokic, and the front office seems committed to giving him more time to develop the team's identity.

Jamal Murray also looks secure. Coming off his first All-Star season, Murray is locked into a massive contract worth over $160 million through the 2028-29 season. It would take an extraordinary offer for Denver to consider moving their star guard.

According to NBA insider Brett Siegel, however, three players are on the trade watch list this summer. With limited roster flexibility, the Nuggets will need to be creative if they want to retool around their two-time MVP and make another championship push. The question now is which pieces are worth keeping and which ones will help bring the Larry O'Brien Trophy back to the Mile High City.
