The NTT IndyCar Series competed at Long Beach and the action was top notch. After Felix Rosenqvist started on the pole, the driver of the No. 60 car looked to have the car to beat. However, a full course yellow changed the scene, allowing a Chip Ganassi Racing driver to pull off another big IndyCar victory.

Alex Palou and the No. 10 team for Chip Ganassi Racing won the Acura Grand Prix of Long Beach, earning their third victory of the 2026 IndyCar season. Palou was able to pull away after the pit stops, giving the No. 10 team a comfortable win in Long Beach. It is the Chip Ganassi Racing driver's third win in the first five races.

Palou has flexed his muscles to start the 2026 IndyCar season. If not for a wreck at Phoenix Raceway, the driver of the No. 10 car would have a bigger lead in the point standings. Instead, Kyle Kirkwood sits 17 points behind Palou while David Malukas sits third with a 63-point deficit through five races.
