Manchester City forward Jeremy Doku has raved about his side’s remarkable run in the FA Cup over the years after their semi-final win over Southampton at Wembley.
The 23-year-old scored a crucial leveller as Pep Guardiola’s side came from behind to defeat the Saints to win a sixth consecutive game in all competitions.
City are pursuing a domestic treble as they fight Arsenal tooth and nail in the Premier League title race, having lifted the Carabao Cup trophy at Wembley in March and set up a FA Cup final meeting with Chelsea.

The Blues are in line for a major squad revamp in the upcoming transfer window as director of football Hugo Viana progresses on his January acquisitions of Marc Guehi and Antoine Semenyo, with several senior stars also set to leave the club.
In conversation with official Manchester City media after reaching a fourth successive FA Cup final, Doku waxed lyrical of the ruthless consistency his side have shown in the cup competition over the years.
“I think we as a squad don’t realise what we’re doing – fourth in a row,” the Belgium international said. “It’s unbelievable. Fair play to everyone in the club.
“Every year being there after playing against good teams but still reaching the final every time, now we want to win. I’ve not won it yet and I want to win. It’s special.”
Doku has been a regular on the left wing for Guardiola in recent months as he continues to wreath havoc among opposition defences in his third season at Manchester City.
Manchester City have no margin for error in their final six games of the season – their last five Premier League fixtures and the FA Cup final – as they bid for a domestic treble.

“We know we have to win all our [remaining] games and we concentrate on ourselves,” Doku added. “We have to be consistent.
“We know we have the squad to do it. It depends on us. It’s in our hands, we have to play well and focus on ourselves.”
City’s recent monumental 2-1 win over Arsenal means the Blues will win a seventh Premier League title under Guardiola should they finish level on points, goal difference and goals scored with the Gunners.
