Sky Sports reporter Kaveh Solhekol has delivered a confident verdict on Chelsea's managerial search, insisting top-tier bosses will still be lining up for the Stamford Bridge hot seat this summer.

As the Blues prepare for yet another head coach hunt, Solhekol believes the club's pull remains strong enough to land the right candidate. "I still think big name managers will want to manage Chelsea and they can attract the kind of manager that they need this summer," he told Sky Sports.

Chelsea's revolving door of coaches has been spinning fast this season. Liam Rosenior became the second head coach to depart in the current campaign after just four months in charge, following Enzo Maresca's exit back in January. Interim boss Calum McFarlane is now steering the ship through the season's final stretch while the club's sporting directors work through a shortlist of seven or eight candidates.

Among the names in the frame, Bournemouth's Andoni Iraola has emerged as an early frontrunner, though competition for his signature is fierce. Marco Silva and Xabi Alonso are also reportedly under consideration, with Alonso earning a glowing endorsement from Solhekol. "Xabi Alonso would be a great fit," the reporter added.

The Blues faithful are craving a marquee appointment, someone who can command instant respect in the dressing room. Solhekol also floated Cesc Fabregas as a potential wildcard, though he acknowledged prying the former Chelsea midfielder away from Como would be a major challenge. "That would be another risk," he noted.

With Chelsea refusing to rush their decision, the summer window promises to be a defining one. Whether they land a proven winner or take a chance on an up-and-comer, one thing is clear: the narrative around Stamford Bridge's next chapter is just beginning to take shape.
