David Raya has described reaching the UEFA Champions League final with Arsenal as a "dream come true," as the Gunners' goalkeeper continues to shine on Europe's biggest stage.

The Spanish shot-stopper delivered yet another clean sheet in a tense semi-final second leg, helping Arsenal secure a 2-1 aggregate victory over Atletico Madrid. Bukayo Saka's decisive goal at the Emirates Stadium booked the club's place in the final, where they will face either Paris Saint-Germain or Bayern Munich.

"It's a dream come true," Raya told CBS Sports after the match. "Not just for me, but for the whole team. What we've achieved this season—going unbeaten in the Champions League and conceding so few goals—is a remarkable achievement for everyone at the club."

When asked about the secret behind Arsenal's European success, Raya pointed to the team's unbreakable bond. "It's all about togetherness. I've always said this club is more than a club—it's a family. We always have each other's backs. When someone has an off day, another player steps up to cover. That willingness to fight for one another has brought us to this moment. You can see it on the pitch—everyone is battling for everyone else, and that makes all the difference."

The Arsenal goalkeeper also credited the electric atmosphere at the Emirates, saying the fans provided the team with "extra energy and motivation." He added: "We went into the game with fire in our bellies to make those people happy and proud. I think we certainly did that."

For Arsenal supporters dreaming of European glory, this final represents the culmination of a season defined by defensive solidity, team spirit, and the kind of resilience that champions are built on.
