The San Francisco 49ers are trading back again. This time they're dealing the No. 58 and 152nd overall picks to the Cleveland Browns in exchange for a pair of draft picks according to NFL Media's Mike Garafolo.

Cleveland jumped up to No 58 overall to select safety Emmanuel McNeil-Warren. The 49ers, meanwhile acquired the 70th pick, and 107th picks in this year's draft. The 70th pick will be the sixth pick in the third round. They also hold the 26th pick in Round 3. The 107th selection will be the sixth pick in the fourth round.

The 49ers are now sitting with two third-round picks, four fourth-round picks, and one fifth-round selection after dealing one of their two to Cleveland in this deal.

It's not a surprise things fell this way for the 49ers in a relatively weak draft class. They appear content picking more often closer to the middle rounds instead of racking up early selections. They entered the draft with only two top-100 picks. They're now sitting with three, and another at No. 107.
