Wide receiver should be on the Indianapolis Colts' radar in the 2026 NFL draft. So which prospects could be of interest to GM Chris Ballard?
Although the Colts re-signed Alec Pierce this offseason, the depth at receiver took a hit when the team traded Michael Pittman to Pittsburgh.
Now competing for that third wide receiver role next to Pierce and Josh Downs are Ashton Dulin and Nick Westbrook-Ikhine. The prudent move would be to bring in additional competition for that playing time.
Beyond that group, next up on the depth chart are Anthony Gould and Laquon Treadwell.
Below is a look at three prospects who could be on the Colts' radar.
Stribling is a very experienced player. Over five seasons, which includes two years at Washington State, two years at Oklahoma State, and one at Ole Miss, He was targeted 345 times.
During the 2024 and 2025 seasons, Stribling eclipsed the 800-yard mark and has been able to generate chunk plays, averaging almost 16 yards per catch over that span, which includes averaging an impressive 7.0 yards after the catch.

De'Zhaun Stribling is a WR prospect in the 2026 draft class. He scored a 9.54 RAS out of a possible 10.00. This ranked 183 out of 3945 WR from 1987 to 2026.https://t.co/SF5BUjiHVV pic.twitter.com/RgnjGia57q
Most of Bernard's snaps came lined up outside, but he has his share of experience lining up in the slot as well. For two seasons, he was a big part of the Alabama offense, logging 175 targets, including 102 this past year, while totaling over 1,600 receiving yards with nine touchdowns.
A reliable pass-catcher with only three drops, and he was quite good with the ball in his hands, averaging 6.2 yards after the catch, according to PFF.
Quick scouting report from NFL.com: " He has good size, accelerates to top speed quickly and is a smooth route runner with well-disguised breaks and clean footwork getting in and out. ...He has impressive run-after-catch ability." - Lance Zierlein
Germie Bernard is a WR prospect in the 2026 draft class. He scored a 9.03 RAS out of a possible 10.00. This ranked 382 out of 3926 WR from 1987 to 2026.Pending pro day.https://t.co/SiQKZ4SSpw pic.twitter.com/rhMDSRUDiM
Bell is coming off a late-season ACL injury, but he's on the Colts' radar with the team bringing him in for a visit.
Prior to his injury, Bell was having a huge season, totaling 72 catches on 106 targets for 917 yards with six touchdowns. Bell was particularly good with the ball in his hands, averaging 5.2 yards after the catch. He ranked 22nd among wideouts in yards per route run -- an efficiency metric from PFF.
Quick scouting report from NFL.com: "Bell’s scores frequently came as a move target across the hashes, where he was able to use impressive build-up speed to eliminate angles and outrun everyone in the secondary to the paint. ...He's a big, physical target with room to improve." - Lance Zierlein
Still recovering from the ACL injury, Bell has not completed any on-field testing during the pre-draft process. He is listed at 6-2, 220 pounds.
