RB L.J. Harden (SMU)
At 6'0" and 218 pounds, Harden is a throwback runner who punished ACC defenders last season, breaking tackles and dragging piles for extra yardage. His 4.59 40-yard dash at his pro day won't turn heads, but his vision and patience create running lanes where none seem to exist. Harden is also a reliable pass-catcher, making him an immediate threat out of the backfield alongside Dylan Sampson. Over the past three seasons, he's racked up 850+ scrimmage yards annually and scored 22 total touchdowns. Raheim Sanders better bring his A-game this summer, because Harden has the tools to seize the RB3 role heading into the 2026 season.

DE Logan Fano (BYU)
This isn't just about the "Fano brothers" storyline—though having Logan and his brother on the same roster would be fun. Cleveland has a real depth issue at defensive end, and Fano was a draftable prospect in many scouts' eyes. At 6'5" and 257 pounds, he's a high-motor edge defender who excels against the run and flashes explosive power when converting speed to power off the snap. His pass-rush game is still raw and needs a more consistent plan, but that's where Browns defensive line coach Jacques Cesaire comes in. Fano is athletic, coachable, and built to develop into a legitimate NFL edge defender with a full offseason of molding.
