The 2026 Dallas-area UIL district track meet for Class 6A showcased the immense talent of D-FW's top high school athletes, with thrilling performances across sprints, distance, and field events. These results highlight the next generation of track stars pushing their limits on the biggest stage.

In the boys' events, the competition was fierce. The 4x100 relay was dominated by North Forney, clocking a blistering 41.22 seconds, while the 4x200 saw Longview take top honors with a time of 1:26.94. Individual sprints were equally compelling, with North Forney's Braylin Perkins blazing to a 10.42-second victory in the 100 meters.

The middle-distance races provided dramatic finishes. Chance Anderson of Rockwall Heath claimed the 800 meters in 1:55.28, and Forney's Mason Reed controlled the 1600 meters with a time of 4:22.72. In the hurdles, Royse City's Markeith Fleming edged out the competition in the 110-meter event with a 14.32-second run.

Field events were a showcase of raw power and precision. Forney's Mason Joshua was a double winner, taking both the shot put (53-6.75) and discus (157-10). The jumps were spectacular, with Rockwall's Dillon Roney soaring to a 47-3.50 win in the triple jump and North Forney's DeQualond Vaughn leaping 23-6.75 to secure the long jump title.
