ESPN has dropped its latest NFL power rankings, which has the Cleveland Browns moving on up thanks to two rookies they selected in the 2026 NFL Draft.

The 2026 NFL Draft is in the rearview mirror, and the Cleveland Browns are already seeing positive momentum—at least according to ESPN's latest power rankings. After being slotted at No. 32 in their way-too-early rankings, the Browns have climbed two spots to No. 30, thanks largely to two dynamic rookie wide receivers.

Cleveland's rookie minicamp kicks off in just a few days, marking another milestone in a fast-moving offseason. The Browns selected 10 players in the 2026 draft, and the pressure is on for this class to deliver. After back-to-back seasons with just eight wins—and a tough 5-12 record in 2025—the team needs a strong infusion of young talent to turn things around.

Much of the Browns' success will hinge on the quarterback position. Whether it's Deshaun Watson or rookie Shedeur Sanders under center in 2026, the team has made a clear effort to set up their starter for success. And that starts with a revamped receiving corps.

ESPN highlighted the Browns' savvy double-dip at wide receiver in the draft, selecting KC Concepcion at No. 24 and Denzel Boston at No. 39. Concepcion is a dynamic playmaker who turned 79% of his catches into first downs last season—ranking 17th in the FBS. Boston, a big-bodied target, hauled in 24 contested catches since 2024, the 10th most in college football. Together, they combined for 45 receiving touchdowns in their collegiate careers.

This rookie duo couldn't come at a better time. Cleveland's wide receiver room ranked dead last in receptions, receiving yards, and touchdown catches in 2025. Relying on Jerry Jeudy and Cedric Tillman as the top two options simply wasn't sustainable. Concepcion's ability to create yards after the catch alone should provide an immediate spark for an offense in need of a jolt.

With Todd Monken entering his first year as head coach, the Browns are hoping these rookies help change the narrative—and the standings—in 2026.
